With the approach of dawn had come the slow, smooth release of the wolf’s hold on Cassidy’s body. Still curled up on her mattress, fast asleep, her body shrunk back into itself; white hair was replaced with red, and before too long, the lycanthropic form had given in to the human. Cassidy didn’t stir, except to shift her position just slightly, still in her little ‘nest’ as the first rays of light crept in through the window.
Even if she hadn’t done anything the previous night — she hadn’t even moved from her bed — she still felt exhausted, and would probably be resting for the entire day, or at least a good portion of it. What she did that night… it would all depend on how she felt.

Need to get food. Still, the redhead didn’t exactly bounce off the bed. Food is good…
She took in a deep breath, detecting the fading scents of eggs and toast, and realised she’d missed Heidi’s traditional full moon morning feast. Dammit… this is what you get for being such a lazy ass. Pulling herself off the bed, she tugged on some fresh clothes that took minimal effort but still moderately flattered her figure, and ran a brush through her hair, before padding out of her room, and following her nose… in the wrong direction.

The full moon sucks.
A rather unnecessary thought for a werewolf who, despite her age, still wasn’t completely over the moon’s pull, but Cassidy didn’t have any other way to vent her irritation, frustration or restlessness. So there she sat, back up against her headboard, forcefully throwing a tennis ball over at the wall opposite her. It bounced heavily, rebounded off the floor between the foot of her bed and the door, and smacked back into her palm. Over and over again, she repeated this process, sighing heavily to herself.
Maybe she’d actually find something to do before the urge to smash yet another lamp struck her…
Maybe.

Booooooooored.
And if there was anything that spelt bad news for a restless, sometimes volatile werewolf, it was boredom. Cassidy looked down at the ball in her hand, narrowing suddenly lupine eyes as if in accusation, and tossed it off to her side without a care. It bounced towards her bathroom, but the cushioning effect of the carpeting slowed its progress, and it stopped just short of the door.
Screw this. She slipped off her bed, padding to her door and opening it, before leaning out. She could hear some gentle movement from each direction, but it was rather distant; nothing nearby. Part of her wanted to pace the halls as a wolf, but she wasn’t sure Cole and Dia would appreciate that, so she supposed sticking to human form would have to do. Stepping out, she closed her door with a quiet click, and followed her feet in a random direction.

It was unusual for the full moon to inspire her, but she wasn’t the type to look a gift horse in the mouth. She half-expected the ‘jam’ session from last night with Mileena, Irina and Keegan had set some muse or another ticking in her head, so there she sat, legs curled under her, pyjama pants snug and warm, laptop propped on her thighs and knees. Her t-shirt was equally as comfortable as the mismatched pants, and she had a CD playing softly in the background as her hands flitted expertly over the keyboard.
Cassidy smirked to herself as she completed another page, the word document hopping down a little to announce as much.
Maybe, if she felt good enough about it after finishing it, she could enter it in another internet contest of some kind. After all, she had won her last one.

Continued from: Violet's Bedroom
Her blue eyes glimmered with mischeviousness if only just for knocking on the door. Violetta was always testing the limits of her pack mates. Kate was just a recent example. She'd done worse to many different people. She hadn't exactly teamed up with Jeremy as of yet to prank Cassidy. Not as of yet...though. There was time though. Cassidy might be on the list. Even though Violetta liked to prank on the males of the pack more then the females. So Cassidy was in the clear forevermore.
She knocked on the door. Not sure as to why she was there. Just that she was. Someone non-hyper to talk to she guessed. And searching for Kyle to mess with his hair was just too much of a task. Though she knew he'd be in the dining room. She just didn't want to go downstairs just yet. "Cassidy...G'morning!" She beamed slightly, running her fingers through her blond hair.

Silence fell upon the room.
Cassidy looked to her illuminated screen, watching the cursor blink, in the middle of not only a sentence, but a word, and she sighed to herself. She sat there for a moment, trying to remember where she had been going with the paragraph before the knock on her door, and when she couldn’t put it back together, she frowned and pinched the bridge of her nose. Dammit.
Setting her computer aside, she slipped off the bed, and padded to the door, pausing again for a moment before opening it, wondering if she looked as flustered as she thought she did after losing her flow. She hadn’t opened the door by much; just enough for her to lean in the gap against the doorframe and offer only a small glimpse into the room itself.
“Hey,” she greeted. “Um… was something wrong?”

The older wolf gave Cassidy a bright grin, which was unlikely to ever fade for the rest of her life. It was just something that was so totally Violetta Ginis. "Wait...are we talking about why we're here or...the fact that Kit-Kat may have hulked out by now?" She was fairly certain it was the former. Though...she would have fun explaining her evil deed from the night before. She seriously needed to find someone with any sort of camera and take pictures.

Cassidy was quiet as Violet talked about… something… and realised how much she was craving a cigarette all of a sudden. She hadn’t had one for a while; her habit wasn’t consistent, and her addiction was rather tame, all things considered, but now and again, she just seemed to need one, and right now was one of those instances.
“Why we’re here,” she said at last after a pause. “I… have no idea what the other thing is.” Cassidy made a point of smiling so she wouldn’t sound too frustrated, though the expression probably wasn’t all that convincing. She was trying her best to cling to her inspiration, not wanting to lose it. She hadn’t had any of it in a while, and if she lost it now, when it had been so strong after she’d woken up, she might have to kill a lamp during the day for a change.

Violet rubbed her chin thoughtfully, putting great thought into a simple question. Or more so, looking like she was putting great thought into a simple question. In reality, she already knew her answer. But she needed to make it sound…not so annoying. “Well, I wanted to see how my favorite red-headed pack member was.” She offered a wide grin, shaking out her hair with one hand.
“Actually I’m looking for somewhere to hide from the wrath of our favorite pink haired fighter. I’m sure he’s looking to kill me…dead.” She made a slitting throat motion with her finger, still smiling. “And quite possibly to kill Jeremy…if he could catch us that is.” The older female still hadn’t known what exactly had happened during the morning. All she knew is that she dyed Kate’s hair. And she had to run. Quickly.

Cassidy eased the tension in her body a little. She couldn’t ‘sense’ too much mischief in the older female, so maybe it would be safe to be in her company for a while. “Well, it’s not like there are many redheads to choose from… but you know what they say about flattery.” It wasn’t that Cassidy was arrogant, at least not more than any other member of the pack, but a little compliment sometimes went a long way.
Resigning herself to the knowledge that, at least for now, inspiration was out of her grasp, she stepped back, opening the door a little. “Well, we can’t have that big lug killing you and Jer’.” She made a ‘c’mon in’ motion with her head, simultaneously trying to remember where she had stashed her cigarettes. “I guess you can hide in here for a while, at least until my need for breakfast really kicks in.”

Violet gave a wide grin before hopping in and plopping right down at the foot of Cassidy’s bed. Even though this was only protecting one of two criminals. Violet would undoubtingly say it’s the better choice. She glanced up at the red head with a cheerful grin on her face. “So…where were you when disaster stuck?” Color the blond curious, which oddly enough Violet would think is a orange-y color. And she looks nice wearing orange.
The older female bent her back in hopes of getting a crack out of the action, closing her eyes when she felt and heard to some extent, her back crack. A dazed, content look coming across her face as she did so. “If you need breakfast I think I can brave a journey down stairs.” Violet smiled softly. There was never a moment when she didn’t smile. Unless something terrible had happened.

Granting sanctuary, no matter how temporary, to Violetta and Jeremy would likely make Cassidy’s head spin around and then explode. She wasn’t sure she would be able to tolerate that much hyperactivity and random laughter and silliness. She was all for a good laugh, if there was a reason, but the two of them seemed constantly happy and even giddy sometimes; to people like Cassidy, that could get a little draining, but she supposed every pack had their jokesters.
“I… really have no idea what ‘disaster’ that is,” she said, closing the door and moving back for the head of the bed. Curling her feet under her, she saved the document she had been working on again, out of habit. She didn’t expect the laptop to cut out on her for whatever reason, but she had her ways, and she wasn’t about to stop doing all the little things she had picked up over the years. “And I think I can hold out on breakfast for a little while.” She returned the soft smile for reassurance.

Violet watched her 'savior' for the time being, blue eyes glowing almost. "Ahh...you missed the fun. We need to take pictures of Kate to display around the hotel his pink hair. It's actually quite lovely." The older female gave a cheeky little grin. After all, living so long without having some fun wasn't even living at all.
Or that's what she thought.

“P-pink hair?”
Disappointment about her faded inspiration and craving for an illusive cigarette aside, Cassidy couldn’t fight the smile that crept onto her face any more than she could stop the swell of laughter that bubbled up from her chest to sound through parted lips. “You and Jeremy dyed his hair?” Everybody in the pack knew just how vain Kate was when it came to his hair, and the thought of him trying to hide it, vibrant as it must now be, under a hat or a hood, was priceless.
“Oh, that’s great. I have to see it before he dyes it back or, god forbid, shaves it.” Cassidy didn’t think Kate would shave his hair, of course; she had never seen him with anything shorter than jaw-length hair for the entirety of her acquaintance with him.
