Bo wasn't the most territorial of wolves but he was still a wolf, and right now it wasn't necessarily about territoriality but a kind of possessiveness that was in his very nature and couldn't be denied. He and Mimi were not exclusive, they had quickly cleared that up early on in what he supposed you could call their relationship. She was free to see other people and so was he, but he was a wolf beneath the skin and that inner predator considered Mimi his. The wolf did not approve of the current situation, not one bit. On another level it was a challenge, the men had ignored and therefore defied him and while he was no Alpha, not even close, he was dominant and aggressive enough to be riled by it.
With a snarl that was -- thankfully -- lost beneath the din of the music and the yelling, he shoved through the crowd with more strength than a man of his height and build should have possessed to get to where Mimi was being tugged and grabbed at. "Hey!" he all but bellowed, pushing and forcing his way through, yanking people out of his way without enough force to send them crashing to the floor or tumbling into others standing close by.
When he reached Mimi he pulled her free and kept her close before he threw a quick and heavy punch into the face of the first man, lifting his voice above the bass so the humans could hear him, even as the one he had struck collapsed to the ground with his broken nose shielded by his hands, "Back off. All of you. Right now." The bouncers had finally managed to get through and were separating the crowd, pushing them away from the central point of the tangle. Bo found himself feeling strangely grateful. Taking on so many humans by himself and coming out on top would have been a little too tough to explain, and that was the kind of trouble he could really live without.
