Ryan stretched as he got out of his cage, lowering his head slightly in respect for his alpha. This was all he knew after all. He hadn't known of the family atmosphere some packs seemed to have. He'd only known of Lucian and Farryn. That was the only thing of great importance to him. He was loyal to no end to either of them. Even though Farryn struck fear in the young wolf's heart. It was enough to have his utter obedience.
"Fooooddddd..." He whined softly as he started for the stairs. Food then sleep. Possibly a nice nap under a tree in the courtyard. Ryan was always most comfortable there then his own room. Maybe he'd search the kitchen for something he can make to share with the other pack members. Knowing far well that they all would want something to eat. And if they had a hollow leg like himself...a sort of brunch would be kindly appreciated.

Lucy didn't even cast her eyes in Lucian's direction after he'd moved past; she just acknowledged Tyler's gesture to the stairs and watched Ryan pass them by before she started moving towards them herself with the rest of the younger pack members in various shuffling groups. By habit she was not intending to stop in the kitchen, she'd gotten into a rhythm when it came to the morning after a moon it was predictable and it was the closest thing she had to safe. So she went with it.
She had long ago stopped fooling herself into thinking that any room in whatever home the pack were occupying at a particular time was a 'sanctuary'; but if she could successfully stay out of Farryn's way first thing in the morning she was usually left to her own devices for a few hours until the Alpha's mood dictated at least. She yawned slightly as they started climbing the staircase; as pointless as the act of seeing her to her bedroom might have seemed, she appreciated the effort from her friend.

Lucian waited 'til each of the young had exited, either shuffling toward the kitchen or off to their respective rooms to sleep. He remembered how hard controlling his wolf had been; it made him growl lowly to recall the frustration and exhaustion. There were still nights when, for whatever reason, he found his control slipping. He never changed completely, but the more...domineering aspects of his personality shone through. It made him quick to anger and quick to lash out -- most of the pack knew to avoid him on those nights. Only Farryn could ever manage to keep him somewhat docile, then.
But, no matter. He hadn't had an episode like that in years, and he wasn't about to let that change. Habit made the Alpha male glance around the room once more before he left. The sight of the cages irked his wolf, made it growl and pace around inside of him. He felt his eyes shift and decided to leave them; letting a bit of the wolf show, either in his eyes or his hair, seemed to keep it satisfied. For now, anyway.
