Their entrance had naturally turned a few heads. People were bound to stare when someone popped a wheelie when they screamed by on a bike as sleek as Bo's. Fiona hadn't been able to keep back her shriek of startled laughter, but hopefully, the roaring motor had covered her.
With the bike parked, werewolf and human moved towards the line that poured from the club's entrace. "Jee-zus," Fee laughed, trying to salvage her helmet-mussed hair. "You are one crazy sonuvabitch, Blondie."

Bo gave a fiendish grin from beside her, still wearing his leather jacket and gloves, and holding his helmet in one hand. He chuckled openly. “Never said I wasn’t crazy, Chickadee,” he told her with a smirk, and a cock of the head. The line would be a bitch, and he couldn’t see the others anywhere, but if they were lucky, another rogue wolf would be working the door… it had worked in Bo’s favour in the past.
Rogue wolves had no right to be territorial to other rogues, outside of their own houses and apartments, and as such, they treated each other with respect. Bo knew of at least one rogue wolf who worked the door of Lunacy, and the other male had let them in past the line before, once. With any luck, he was working tonight…

"Bo! Fiona!"
Fortunately for the pair of them, it seemed that Bo's buddy was the one watching the door. The young human grinned and tucked her own helmet under her arm; Mikey was good people. The nearly-seven-foot rogue ushered the two of them over with a toothy smile.
"Saw Bobby and the gang not five minutes ago," he told them, holding back the black velvet rope for them. "You kids have fun, and don't go 'round breakin' shit!"

Perhaps the only thing that contented Bo’s wolf when in proximity to the tower of a rogue otherwise known as Mikey was the knowledge that he was older. Sure, age didn’t necessarily equal power, but it made him feel a bit better about being noticeably shorter. “Always gotta spoil my fun,” he ‘sighed’ to the doorman, and grinned, showing a little more fang than he needed to, but getting a chuckle out of the larger werewolf all the same.
Turning to Fee, he smirked playfully, ignoring the grumbled protests of the people still in line beyond the rope. “Shall we?”

The air outside the club was refreshing in a crisp way as it surged down into his lungs, and as he walked with Mimi towards where he had parked his bike, he offered her the second helmet. After she took it from him, he smiled knowingly, and pulled on his gloves, his own helmet propped under one arm as he did so. There was still a relatively ‘huge’ queue of people waiting to get in, and a few of the men in that line watched Bo pass with Mimi, and he grinned to himself.
And then they reached his bike, which was, luckily for anyone stupid enough to have considered it, completely unscathed and exactly as he’d left it. Balancing his helmet on the main part of the seat, he pulled his keys from his pocket, and glanced to Mimi. Why did he have the feeling she would comment?

Well, Mimi didn't actually plan on commenting, however tempting it was. It would probably inflate the blonde male's ego a bit, but then again, she could deal with that. She swaggered her way around the bike as she shrugged on her jacket, fingertips tracing along the cool lines of the body. Sleek, silver, probably fast and loud as hell.
She continued her 'inspection' of the bike and moved to stand beside Bo. With her borrowed helmet tucked under her arm, she cocked her head at her male companion while a slow, devious smile bloomed across her face. Obviously, the bike had her approval, and then some.

He laughed to himself, nodding as if, although he had been expecting some kind of comment, the silence was no surprise. Finishing in the process of tugging on his gloves, he took his helmet from the bike and swung his leg over, looking at her and smiling as a silent invitation for her to slip into place behind him.
Pulling the helmet on and securing it, he fit the key into the bike’s ignition, and started her up, listening to the soft purr of a rumble from the engine. He grinned behind the guard of the helmet, and inwardly nodded in approval to himself. Even though he’d heard it hundreds of times, that sound never failed to satisfy him, and he gave a quiet, subtle growl back to the bike as if to praise it.

Bo wasn't the only one who appreciated that sound. It made Mimi's smile that much brighter as she swung a leg over and settled hersef behind him. The borrowed helmet fit well enough and once it was set upon her head, she leaned forward to lock her arms securely around Bo's waist.
"Well? Show me whatca got, darlin'," she quipped, loud enough for Bo to hear through his helmet. With a grin hidded by her own helmet, she let one hand slip beneath the fabric of her companion's shirt, brushing skin. He'd warned her about teasing, yes...but that didn't mean she would listen.

He gave a cocky grin behind the helmet as she wrapped her arms around his waist; he knew she had to do it anyway, considering this was no casual scooter or anything else equally as tame and ‘stupid’; this bike had some kick, and she’d have to hold on to stay in her seat… but still… he couldn’t help but feel a little smug about it, regardless of the reasons.
Giving a small growl as her hand brushed over the skin beneath, he said back to her, “I aim to please…” And with that, he revved the bike, and then gunned it neatly out of the parking lot beside Lunacy, taking them out onto the streets of Los Angeles with speed and borderline-reckless efficiency.

POST TIMESKIP
The beat of the music had been almost intoxicating to Kaida, her graceful body weaving and twisting to the sounds, pressing herself against the chosen prey of the night. He’d been absurdly easy to reel in, almost disappointingly so. Kaida had yet to grow bored with the thrill of the hunt and the capture itself but occasionally she felt as though the chase should be a little harder, a little more of a challenge. She needed to find a man that didn’t fold under her eyes and smile, whispered words and promises of a night of pure sin with no expectations in the morning. Kaida needed to find a worthy victim – but not too worthy so that he ultimately escaped from her grasp – one that would give her a real run for her money and get her truly excited.
She relished in the feeling of the hunt still, her body tingling, wolf still pacing inside her mind. It wasn’t ready to lean in for the kill just yet, and both sides of her wanted more dancing, more fun before the end thrill of the night. The youth she had ensnared had been overly eager to return to her home however and Kaida wasn’t willing to loose him and so she had brought him out of the club, leading him down the alleys around it.
The man – really little more than a boy – lacked everything Kaida normally held in high regard with men except the all important looks. His lack of power or experience didn’t matter right now, not when he looked so adorable and ready to please, Kaida pausing near the end of the alley to brush some of his long pale brown hair from his eyes, smiling and giggling softly at whatever pathetic attempt of a joke he had tried. She would humour him for the moment.

He knew his mate’s habits well- too well, he sometimes thought- so it was no surprise when he saw that she had reeled in some pretty-boy human to play with. Tonight, though, he couldn’t stand that. It wasn’t often that he would rob Kaida of her prey, but every now and then, he couldn’t stand the thought of how she led up to killing them. Even if she didn’t really do anything with them, neither Devin nor his wolf could stand the thought of it tonight.
Slipping from the shadows directly ahead of them, Devin was all silent danger, eyes hard and jaw set. His wrath wouldn’t be taken out on Kaida- he could never raise a hand to his beloved mate- but the boy was another story entirely. If Kaida got mad at him this time around, then so be it. He would handle it when the time came to do so, but right now, his focus was on the human.
It was, he discovered, all he could do to keep from letting loose with a snarl, but he somehow managed to squash that feral desire and simply strode up to the human and shoved him with all of his strength, which, considering his werewolf nature, was nothing to laugh at.

Her face betrayed no hint of her feelings as she looked away from the human male, and at Devin, eyes a little dark but even that didn’t show how she felt about him interrupting her fun. Kaida would never dream of admitting to Devin that she, on occasion, found his killing her toys more fun than actually doing the deed herself. There was something privately thrilling about seeing the reaction she invoked in her mate and knowing that he was destroying a human body for her; well it was an intoxicating feeling when she wasn’t angry that Devin had denied her the fun of playing.
Luckily for the male werewolf who was currently glaring at her soon to be dead and ex-toy, Kaida was currently feeling invigorated by his actions instead of enraged. It was too soon in the night to be ending the fun anyway and if Devin did what she thought he was about to do, then there would be time for the two of them to have some fun together. Kaida knew she shouldn’t reward him or let him get a hint that he should kill all her toys but she liked to be reminded how strong he really was.

The human cried out as he stumbled back and hit the ground, the surprise in his eyes turning to anger as he scrambled to his feet. “What’s your problem?”
Devin didn’t bother to answer, simply moved over, ducking a punch aimed for his face and punching the guy in the stomach just hard enough to wind him, watching as he doubled over and gasped for air. The werewolf allowed the human to continue that way for a brief moment before bringing his elbow down on the back of the man’s head, sending him face first to the ground. It was still all Devin could do not to allow the wolf out and finish this off in that form, but reminders to himself that this was far more entertaining helped to battle that urge.
Reaching down, he pulled the human back to his feet and shoved him against the wall. “I hope all of your affairs are in order.” With that, he reached to his belt and pulled out the hunting knife that was sheathed there. “You’re not going to have the chance to do that if they aren’t.” With that, he took a step back and drove the blade of the knife straight into the human’s throat.

She stood and simply watched, outwardly projecting a bored emotion, blankly meeting the gaze of the human as he looked at her, apparently expecting or pleading for help that would certainly never come from her. It was almost pitiful really, the way his eyes widened in horror as though up until that moment he had truly believed Kaida would either try and aid him or go for help. The young boy seemed to have a naive belief that a normal female in this situation wouldn’t just run, thinking of her own skin and nothing else. It was sweet. It was also not going to save him from her mate’s rage.
Kaida’s tongue flicked out for a moment to wet her lips as Devin drove the knife deep into the weak neck, blade almost acting as a plug for the blood that suddenly wanted to escape from the wound. Even angry, he still showed sense, keeping the weapon inside long enough so that he wouldn’t attract attention with blood on his clothes. It got the wolf inside of her riled up even further at the gurgling chokes, the way the boy started to waver and fall, strength almost physically seeping out of his body as she watched.
With an effort, Kaida schooled her expression back into the semi bored it had been before, waiting for Devin to turn, wondering what he would say.

As the human fell, Devin pulled the knife out of his throat, stepping away to make sure no blood ended up on his clothes. While Devin was never particularly bothered by blood getting on him, he still had to make his way home and drawing that sort of attention was something that he didn’t particularly feel like doing. It would make things too complicated- or at least more complicated than he felt like dealing with at the moment. When the body hit the ground, the werewolf knelt down and wiped the blood off on the human’s top, cleaning it effectively before returning the blade to its sheath and standing.
For a moment, he looked down at the corpse, his fury dissipating a bit now that the young man was dead. There would always be others Kaida would take home- he knew that all too well- but at least this one wouldn’t be. He could usually make himself behave enough to not fly off the handle and kill Kaida’s plaything, but this hadn’t been one of those nights. He was never sure exactly what it was about the humans he killed that had been chosen as his mate’s playthings that made him angrier than the others. Perhaps it wasn’t even them. Maybe it was just a release of frustration. He didn’t know and he didn’t really care. He was curious, yes, but he wasn’t going to worry about it.
Finally, he turned to look at Kaida. It wouldn’t take a genius to figure out why she attracted attention as she did- all anyone had to do was look at her- but every now and again, he rather wished she didn’t encourage said attention quite so much. Still, he knew that he was no better. He used what ‘charms’ he could to lure people home with him, but somewhere deep in the back of his mind, a little voice always seemed to tell him that it wasn’t like what Kaida did at all. His playthings ended up in a torture chamber; hers ended up in her bed…
“Did I interrupt something?”
