Name: Spencer Robertson
Nicknames: Spence
Race: Werewolf
Occupation: Fighter - Rayne's pack.
Gender: Male
Skin Color: Caucasian
Age: 502
Clothing: Spence is all about practicality, though he still manages to look rather put together. He normally wears dark - grey or black - t-shirts and slacks with a blazer and a pair of hardy (but well-kept) boots. Should he be in need of it when out on the town, he will wear a black, ankle-length trenchcoat with a fairly high collar.
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 205lbs
Tattoos: None
Piercings: He has his left ear pierced, but doesn’t often wear an earring, given that the Change messes with the piercing.
Jewellery: A small gold hoop for his ear, as well as a rustic cross made of pewter which he wears on a long chain about his neck, and a simple, gold band around his left ring finger.
Body Modifications: A few ‘battle scars’ at most, but there is one particularly wicked scar on his torso from his turning.
Wolf Form [/u]
Build: Spence is a big guy by human standards and as a result, his wolf form pretty large, too. Built for both quadruped and bipedal movement, he is nearlyall lean muscle with a large, thick-boned torso.
Height: 9’4’ - upright; 5’6” - quadruped
Weight: 413lbs
Hair: Coarse and blue-black in color, growing very close to his frame. The longest and most noticeable patches are around his head, shoulders, and arms.
Eyes: Pupiless, cobalt-blue
Defining Marks: N/A
Pack
Pack: Rayne's
Position: Fighter
Hair
Length: Nothing drastic; reaches about two or three inches down the back of his neck and around his ears, with about 4 inches of bangs in front.
Style: Slightly wavy and usually combed neatly back
Color: Dark brown; nearly black
Facial Hair
Length: Usually no longer than a day’s normal growth; half-inch at most
Style: Light stubble, if anything at all.
Eyes
Color: Green
Oddities: Spence’s eyes will flood or flash the color of his wolf’s when he is feeling any sort of extreme emotion.
Personality: Though he has more than adapted to living in the 21st century, Spence has kept a good deal of his ‘old world’ mannerisms. He is soft-spoken and polite - some would say gentlemanly - and doesn’t often speak unless he has something important to say. This does not mean that he is easily pushed aside, after all, he is a fighter. He takes his work for the pack very seriously and has been known to be a bit overprotective; it’s in his nature, really.
When relaxing, Spence smiles a bit more easily and will talk more, but not noticeably. He is a sympathetic listener and a surprisingly gentle person, willing to do anything for his pack whether it be fighting or anything else.
Weaknesses: Silver, given his nature; the metal will make him ill if he is exposed to it for long periods of time, and he will die if mortally wounded with a weapon made of the stuff. Any severe injuries - even without the use of silver - to the brain or spine can render him useless. Mentally, Spence’s loyal and protective nature, as well as his past, can all be used against him.
Abilities: Typical lycanthrope: heightened senses, enhanced strength, endurance, and agility, as well as balance and healing. He has been building up his ability to control his wolf form and can pretty much change at will, unless he is under and extreme amount of stress. Spence is a gunslinger, first and foremost, and has mastered the skills and tatics: quick-draw, hip shoot, accuracy, etc. He can, however, hold his own in hand-to-hand combat.
Weapons: Two Heckler & Koch pistols at his waist, a Desert Eagle 50AE at his hip, and a pump-action shotgun. Also carries a single ka-bar in his boot for extra insurance
Prized Possessions: The previously mentioned rustic cross and the gold ring - his wedding band.
Home(s): The Four Seasons with the rest of Rayne's pack.
History: Spencer Robertson’s life in Northern England was a good one. His family was well-off with a fair bit of land and a few properties, and life was good. Spence was a shy boy who preferred spending time in his room with his books to venturing out into the city to cause mischief with his brothers. It wasn’t until he met Miss Elizabeth Bradley that Spence finally began creeping out of his shell.
It was a rather embarrassing first meeting, to say the least. Spencer was 14 and Elizabeth was 13; both teenagers had been toted along by their mothers to a formal party and Spence, for his part, was unbelieveably nervous. He wasn’t used to large crowds, especially with so many members of the opposite sex around, prodding and pinching at him - it was quite mortifying. What was worse, he was expected to dance. He didn’t know how to dance! But, after some good prodding from his mother, he worked up the courage to atleast ask Elizabeth to dance...
...right before he threw up on her shoes. Spencer was humiliated, but Elizabeth only laughed, and not in a cruel way either. It was the beginning of a friendship that would soon blossom into love. After six years of friendship and courtship, Spence asked Elizabeth for her hand in marriage. The two found a decent-sized ranch in the country, where the newlyweds were able to relax and eventually have a child, Emma. And then, Fate intervened.
Emma was four years old when rumors of vicious animal attacks began spreading throughout the countryside. Spence, worried for his family, bought a gun and learned to shoot, but figured that it would never happen to his family. And then, one night, the vicious animal came calling. Spence was badly wounded, the creature having torn into his side, and he lost so much blood that he passed out. By the time he came to, his wife and daughter were dead. Heartbroken, he fled, and as the months passed, he realized that the creature that had attacked him wasn’t any old wild dog; it had been a werewolf. Spence had one hell of a time controlling the Changes and the generally persistent urges of his new wolf as he travelled from country to country. It was in the United States that he encountered Dante and his pack; it took awhile, but he was eventually accepted, slowly but surely learning to control his wolf and becoming more at ease with what he was. Nowadays, Spence still misses the family he had, but he has his packmates and they are all he needs.
