Los Angeles is home to dozens upon dozens of werewolves, many of them pack wolves but just as many of them rogues, those without group affiliations who prefer the loner life or even just the simplicity of being free of the rule and leadership of others. That being said many rogues can acknowledge and appreciate the benefits of living within the boundaries of a pack's territory in that they are usually safer and you can usually rely on an Alpha and their followers to keep things under control. They are permitted to live in pack territories so long as they do not disrupt the life of those groups otherwise they are chased out, usually aggressively and without hesitation. They are also expected to cooperate fully with the Alphas of those packs whose territories they are permitted to roam, whether that be providing information that would benefit said pack or, in extreme cases, coming to their aid in a physical conflict. Failure or refusal to do so usually leads to exile, a costly and disruptive consequence for any wolf who has made a life for themselves on pack territory. The only territories they hold themselves are limited to the walls in which they live as any other claim would be a direct challenge to the pack tolerating their presence in the first place.
Listed below are the many rogues who call Los Angeles home separated into sections depending on which pack's territory they have come to settle in. The INCOMING section implies that they have not yet been placed on either side and have yet to come into game.
