Wincing slightly as Steven dropped Heidi carelessly to the floor, Cole silently thanked Molly for taking the game seriously... at least enough to relieve the Betas of their humilation and move the 'fun' along somewhat. As Heidi came to the back of the room, not far from where the Alphas stood, he turned his eyes in her direction.
"I'll fully support any revenge you might have planned, by the way," he assured her calmly, but with a cheeky light in his eyes. Just because he was nearing on nine-hundred years old, that didn't mean he didn't still have a mischievous streak a mile wide...

Heidi's fall prompted a wince from Molly as well; she hadn't thought Steven to be that eager to get it over with. The younger wolf practically bounced up from the windowsill - making sure to give Brody's hair a sound rumpling - to the front of the room, remaining in motion even as she stood there, bouncing lightly on the balls of her feet.
Okay, ideas... Her blue eyes scanned the room, skipping over the DVDs by the television and the books on their shelves before they came to land on the stereo. Or rather, the large stacks of CDs near the stereo. Brilliant! Now then...
With an idea in mind, she started off, holding up four fingers to begin.

After speaking with Amber for a good hour or two, over nothing particularly pressing or important to the pack, Tina had, along with the other blonde female, sought out some of the others. They had been sitting in the kitchen, having some coffee, but now found themselves lingering just behind the Alphas in the doorway to the sizeable TV lounge, where apparently, a lively game of charades was taking place.
“Here’s something you don’t see every day,” she commented, bringing a smile to Amber’s face as the other female laughed softly.
“You can say that again.” The taller female cocked her head just a fraction to the side, saying as she did so, “But it’s oddly tempting.” She looked to her companion, and Tina grinned briefly. Together, the two females entered the lounge after acknowledging the Alpha pair and Beta female respectively. Tina took a seat where she could, on the sofa, where one or two of the others were already sitting, as Molly started her turn, signalling with four fingers.
Never a dull moment, Tina thought to herself calmly as she tucked her legs beneath her.

Sissy had winced slightly when Heidi had hit the floor, but the movement of her face had been slight as she had shifted in her seat again. As the minutes passed, she was finding harder and harder to sit still. While she wanted to get up and do something, she did not want to get up and act something out.
Then what do you want to do? Go clean up your room? It could use it. Since she wanted to do that about as much as she wanted to act something out, she pushed that out of her mind. Maybe charades wasn't such a great idea, though. I think I'll go get something to drink just to have something to do.
She stood, cast an apologetic look to Molly for leaving during her turn and headed for the door. She was actaully thirstier than she had realized and decided that getting something to drink had been an excellent idea.

Having finally wandered away from his computers at some point in the afternoon, Jeremy ended up in the kitchen after the others had gone but while there was still food left. Perfect timing, he had. After helping himself to a few of the last burgers he wandered a bit, the scent of quite a few pack members in one place leading him to the TV lounge.
Poking his head in the door around the Alphas Jeremy looked around curiously for a moment before going in. It really was a good thing he hadn’t been in the room when Steven dropped Heidi because he definitely would have laughed. And no doubt gotten in trouble for it as he usually did when didn’t put enough thought into the things he did or said, which seemed to be more often than not. As they were in kind of that brief lull between rounds, it took a moment to figure out what was going on.
“Charades, ha!” he exclaimed to no one in particular, a huge grin on his face for a few seconds before he realized how much attention he’d probably drawn to himself. The grin faded only slightly as Jeremy shuffled off to the side of the group and took a seat. This could be fun.

"Uh...four words?"
Finally. The dark-haired werewolf kept that thought to herself and pointed to the person who'd shouted out the correct answer, although, it seemed as if people were beginning to lose interest. Eh, well somebody's gotta keep guessing eventually, otherwise I'm going to feel like an ass.
Despite that thought, Molly continued holding out one arm and sweeping the other before it as though playing a lyre. "Song? A song title," someone said and the young wolf pointed with a large grin on her face. Next off, she raised her wrist and pointed to it, or atleast to the area where her watch would be if she owned one.
C'mon, somebody; don't leave me hangin'...

"Watch?" Brody ventured, feeling bad for having urged her to go up there, especially since the pack members present now seemed to be rather restless, and therefore not all that interested in charades. He didn't doubt that a number of them might head out tonight, with the Alphas and Betas permission - or supervision, respectively - to the clubs, or where-have-you.
Failing watch, the only thing he could think of with her clue was 'time', which he would guess next if no one else offered anything. He wouldn't go so far as to blurt the answer if it came to him, but he'd help her out this much at least.

Close, but no cigar - c'mon Brods, work with me, here.
Molly bounced slightly, alternating between gesturing to her 'watch' and making prompting motions towards Brody. Granted, there was little to no chance that she'd be able to get him to guess, but it was worth a shot.

Okay, so not quite? All right...
Adopting a pensive expression, he inhaled thoughtfully, and then offered, "Time?" He glanced around the room, and he could see everyone else just staring at him, and then looking to Molly as they waited for her to confirm his guess; was he right, or was he getting further and further from what she was hinting at?

Attention pulled from the game at the sound of an engine in the parking lot, and the subsequent opening and closing of a car door, Cole was completely silent, filtering out the noise of the charades game underway in the TV lounge in order to listen. He knew there were a few of the pack keeping watch in the lobby, to keep intruders at bay, but his curiosity was peaked... especially when an unfamiliar scent drifted in through the front doors.
Not waiting for one of the 'guards' to alert him to the newcomer, he glanced meaningfully to Dia, and detached his hand from hers, turning to head out of the lounge, and into the lobby adjacent.

Heidi was sitting at the back of the room, watching Molly acting out the word time, when one of the younger wolves came and spoke quietly to her. Cole was in the lobby with an unfamiliar human, and the human was asking for her.
Andrew, she thought at once. The whole pack knew Marion and Nate, and Andrew was the only other human she herself knew at all. It had to be Andrew. Thanking the guard for the message she rose, murmured to Dia about what had happened, and headed to the lobby.

Returning to his place just inside the doorway, he saw Dia had taken to leaning in his previous position, and smiled. Glancing briefly to Molly gesturing at the front of the room, he slipped his arms softly around his mate's waist from behind, resting his head calmly and affectionately atop hers as he stood close at her back. His hands linked in front of her, while his arms rested gently on her hips.
If we're lucky, he thought to himself, someone might guess this before nightfall...

Ok this was entirely too quiet and still for Jeremy. He wanted to get up and move around, make noise to break the reluctant calm. Either that or make his way back out of the room so he could do so and not agitate anyone. Do something. Unfortunately his current spot at the edge of the group meant he’d have to disturb more than he liked in order to get back out again. And really he’d only just arrived in the room. So instead he threw all of his attention to the female gesturing for a guess.
“Time is on my side!” he blurted out after about two seconds, complete an emphatic gesture or two. Never mind the fact that Jeremy had missed the part about the song title being four words instead of five. But everyone was being so quiet and he wanted to guess if only to stave that off a bit.

Dia returned Cole’s smile as he came back into the room, no doubt she’d find out what his brief departure had been about soon enough. She’d sensed the approach of someone just as her mate had as well as that said someone wasn’t familiar to her. Though in a quite casual stance, she was more than paying attention to those in the room and what might be going on beyond. As well as the subsequent departures and arrivals, Jeremy being among the latest. When considered overall their pack did have some interesting members, and the younger male was no exception. But then, maybe it took such a state to be able to sequester oneself with the task or record keeping for a pack of immortals. Either way it was something that had never seemed to interfere with his duties, so noone begrudged the eccentricity.
As Cole slipped his arms around her and rested his head atop hers she laughed softly, her hands and arms moving to slide over his. Even amongst the fighters who happened to be female, in many ways Dia couldn’t be considered one of the more imposing ones. Not that it mattered of course, as her frame could be quite the deception, holding a little more than 800 years of combat prowess and knowledge. One didn’t need to be bigger than their opponent to take them down, only more cunning. And her demeanor did help tip the balance as well. Still at times seeing her next to her mate was no doubt amusing to some, until she gave them reason to think otherwise.

Well, huzzah for Brody... Molly pointed to her blonde companion and grinned, nodding to let him know that he was correct. Jeremy's sudden guess through the female wolf for a loop and she looked to him, blinking a few times before she laughed and shook her head; granted, Jeremy'd only just wandered in, so she couldn't blame him. With a smile, she held up for fingers briefly for him before she faced the rest of the group once again and began running in place.
Somebody'd better get this one - atleast half of this pack are obsessed with this song...
