Sissy raised an eyebrow at the request and looked to Heidi, wondering if she was going to assist Steven or not. Neither result would really surprise her, but it could certainly be interesting to see what he had in mind.

Heidi raised an eyebrow. She had taken her turn, it was Steven's turn for a bit of embarrassment. On the other hand, he seemed like he was actually going to participate, so she couldn't complain that much.
"All right," she said warily, rising and crossing to where he stood. "What do you need me to do?"

Cole stood, impatient to a degree, where he had relaxed against the doorframe once again, waiting for Steven to get his turn underway. There was no way in hell the Alpha would even think of guessing, no matter how intentionally simple the Beta would make his 'object'.
"We're not getting any younger, Steven," Cole quipped with a sigh from the doorway, cocking his head as he gave Dia's hand a gentle squeeze with his own. A smile slipped onto his face once more as the Beta looked in his direction.

Continued from: Molly's Bedroom
Her bare feet allowed her to slide smoothly through the doorway, blinking in curiousity at the scene before her. Charades? Now, that was something new. Molly stepped further into the room after turning and granting her Alphas a polite - and only slightly timid - nod/curtsy thing, blue eyes scanning her gathered packmates. She smiled and waved to those who saw her, opting to take up a bit of windowsill with Brody.
"Howdy, Brods," she greeted him with a playful smile and a rather atrocious Southern drawl. "And why aren't you up there showing off your charades skills?"

Shifting in her seat, Sissy waited, her patience waning. She was curious as to what Steven was going to act out and the longer he took, the more restless she was likely to get simply because she wanted to see what the Beta had in mind.
She let her eyes scan the room quickly and smiled to herself when she realized what an audience there was for this. It made her think twice about guessing- she really wasn't sure if she wanted get up and act silly in front of so many pack members- but she did find it rather interesting that such a large number found charades interesting enough to, at very least, come watch.

The sound of Molly’s drawl made Brody look to his side, trying to hide a smirk as he eyed her through messy blonde bangs. “Or lack thereof,” he reminded her, cocking his head a little to gaze at her from an angle; befitting a wolf, amusingly.
Glancing to Steven and Heidi as the Beta male explained to the female in a very low voice — so low that the young blonde werewolf sitting on the windowsill with the musically-inclined female couldn’t even hear him — what he wanted her to do, Brody then turned his light gaze back on Molly. “I dare you to guess whatever he gives us,” he challenged, smiling a little more openly now. He liked Molly — or Molls, as she was affectionately dubbed most days — and how she could make him feel like they’d known each other much longer than they had; almost like a cousin, somehow, as peculiar as it sounded. In a way, each and every member of the pack felt as though they were related in some way, even if none of them were, by blood.

Molly grinned and arched one dark eyebrow. "Well, since you're apparently chicken," she teased, her usual Irish lilt returning. "I imagine I'll have to, won't I?"
Brody's naturally laid-back nature made him all the more fun to mess with, Molly had discovered in her short time with the pack. She had never seen him really angry, save for perhaps the instance when she'd try to steal his wallet all those years ago. That was a thing of the past, but it was still brought up every once and awhile in jest.
Grinning crookedly, the raven-haired female stretched out on the sill, using one of Brody's legs for a backrest as she spoke up cheekily, "C'mon, Steven! Show us whatcha got."

Chuckling as Molly leaned against him casually, he glanced to the Beta male, and then back down at her. “I’m not chicken,” he told her spontaneously after she teased the second-in-command male. “I’m just really bad at charades.”
Not that you’ve ever really played, of course, he reminded himself, shrugging very slightly at the thought. That was beside the point. All that mattered was he didn’t just take her calling him a chicken; he couldn’t have that, after all, could he? Even if she was only joking…

"Well, if you're not chicken, then why don't you guess?"
She tilted her head back to look him in the face, dark hair spilling down his leg as she did so. Her previous grin returned with a new vengeance and loaded with unabashed mischief as she gave him a verbal prodding, "C'mon, Cowboy. I double-dog dare ya."

Steven had been trying to figure out how to get this over and done with, and had rather spaced out. So, imagine his suprise and extreme discomfort when he looked up again and saw how much his 'audience' had grown. Wonderful . . . Just wonderful. He'd told Heidi all she needed to do was stand a little closer than she had been before he turned to give Cole another good-natured glare at the taunt. He was REALLY regretting even coming into the room, now . . . Finally, after a bit of mental refreshing of what he was supposed to do, he indicated his start - One word, two syllables.
Without any sort of warning, then, he grabbed hold of Heidi and pulled her forward, leaning in as if to bite into her neck. I hope someone catches this FAST, so I can get the hell out of here . . .

Heidi had been more than a little bewildered by Steven's instructions, which had mainly consisted of "Relax, trust me, and try not to have a fit." When he had grabbed her and made as though to bite her neck, she had audibly gasped, eyes growing wide. She didn't struggle, but instinctively clutched at his arm.
He wasn't really biting her, but his mouth was against her throat, and she wasn't sure how she felt about it. She definitely wasn't as angry as she thought perhaps she ought to be...though that threatened to change when she heard one of the laughing younger wolves guess, "Hmm....necking?"

He avoided his Beta female's gaze after letting his joking guess fly, though she could feel his eyes burning a hole in the side of his head. Oh yeah, he was gonna pay for that, but the look on her face was rather priceless.
At Cassidy's amused snort, he looked to his fiery-haired companion with an innocent, wide-eyed look that clearly said, 'Was it something I said?'

"Duh," Cassidy mumbled, shaking her head and looking almost apologetically to the Beta female as if she were responsible for Devon's behaviour, which, of course, was absurd.
Yeah, random thought. No more of those, thanks, she told herself, throwing another reproachful look to Devon, though still unable to hold back on her smile all the way. Don't laugh. She didn't want to embarass Heidi... she would have felt awful if she did that.

Brody offered Molly a smug smile, though for no real reason; he didn't have anything to be smug about, after all... he hadn't won any small victory, or anything of the like. It was an expression without origin, really.
"Oh, I'm far too mature for double dares," he told her as if he were letting her down somehow, offering her a brief wink and a chuckle as her hair dropped over his knee. He hadn't missed Devon's rather immature guess at Steven's prompt, but had refrained from involving himself in the stares directed at those involved. He wasn't, after all, really all that interested in playing, and simply enjoyed the company of others in the pack; he was a social creature by nature.

She gave a snort at Devon's immaturity, wishing momentarily that she had a cushion to chuck at him before she looked back to Brody and fixed him with a hurt pout. Granted, she knew he was teasing, but she would still milk it for all it was worth.
"Jerk," she grumbled, as though crushed that he'd 'insulted' her maturity. Ever the drama queen, she lifted her head from Brody's knee and crossed her arms in a sulky manner. "For your information, maturity is highly overrated."
